Harold was my cousin and a great human being.I last saw him in Laughlin,NV where we met for a farewell lunch right before he moved from Prescott,AZ to Fort Worth,Tx in the year 2016.He had lived in Elkhorn,Ne many years before moving to Arizona.I was notified of Harold's death by my sister who lives in North,Platte,Ne.I went to the Hillcrest web site and all they had was dates of birth/death and that Harold was in their care.I could not locate any type of official obituary.I later learned again from my sister that Harold was buried next to his parents and son at Hillcrest-West Lawn.I'm not 100% sure of Harold's veteran status.I know he enlisted in the Army and went to basic training and after a short time in the army he was given a medical discharge and sent home.I don't know if he met the VA's criteria for veteran status.
